Introduction

The art. 2 of CRPD states that “reasonable accommodation” should be offered to persons with disabilities in the workplace. Read the article: “Reasonable accommodation means necessary and appropriate modification and adjustments not imposing a disproportionate or undue burden, where needed in a particular case, to ensure to persons with disabilities the enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms.”

Situation: 

Henry, suffering from ASD, is hired into a company that sells paper. What activities might suit him? Read out loud the possibilities one after another, and wait for the audience to answer yes or no
